A private viewing of Positive View Foundation’s exhibition “Landmark: the Fields of Photography,” which celebrates 21st century landscape photography, was held at Somerset House on March 13, 2013. Leica Camera was on hand participating in the event with a pop-up Leica S Portrait Studio. Photographer Robert Leslie, known for documenting the greats of photography at over 40 studio installations since 2007, was able to capture some of the highly-regarded exhibiting artists who stopped by the pop-up studio for his 1000portraits.net project.
Below are eight photographers whose portraits were taken by Leslie. Can you tell us who they are? If you can, we have a prize in store for one lucky reader: two tickets to the Positive View Foundation annual Gala Auction hosted by Christie’s King Street, London, on 15 May 2013. Up to 75 exceptional works from “Landmark: the Fields of Photography” will be sold internationally at the event.

- Known for his expansive landscape photographs, Roberts has been exhibited widely touring to over thirty national and international venues.
- In 2012 he was granted access by the International Olympic. Committee to photograph the London Olympics.
Photographer 8 Clues:
- French photographer living in Switzerland.
- He studied in politics, and art history in Grenoble, France.
- He has received numerous awards and prizes including the HSBC Foundation for Photography Prize, the No-Limit Prize of the International Festival of Arles (France), first prize by Paris photo and BMW in 2006, and the Arcimboldo prize for Digital Photography in 2009.
- His work has been exhibited across Europe, the United States and Asia.
